The majority of robot vacuum and mop combinations can be customized with a specialized application. You can save maps of your home and set up cleaning schedules and select the mopping mode you prefer. You can set it up and forget about it. You will only need to refill the water tank or replace the dust bag occasionally.

All this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its normal vac- and mop-settings for approximately 160 minutes before it began to run out of power and returned to its base to recharge. This is not far off of the 180-minute time that Roborock claims and is comparable with other hybrids I’ve tried.

This is a highly robust and well-rounded product with the only drawback being the fact that it’s expensive. The sheer amount of features make it a great choice for anyone looking to replace their old stick vacuums and mops. We would highly recommend this vacuum when you can justify its cost.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is an expensive combination. Its premium price tag is justified by its robust feature set, which includes the capacity to vacuum large volumes and two gyrating mop mops. It also comes with an app-enabled smart controller as well as powerful obstacle-avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop combinations out there at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed very well throughout the home. It was able to remove 98.4% debris on all types of floors and was able to lift long hair without tangling. The mops also performed well and produced excellent cleaning results with less effort than most mid-range models, thanks to their rotational motion and a strong dose of cleaning solution.

However, the L10S Ultra’s main selling point is its innovative multifunctional docking station. The docking station emptys the trash bin into a bag to collect dirt, refills the tank with water to use to mop and also dry your mop pads. It is equipped with a real-time danger detection system, and its sophisticated controls let you schedule periodic cleaning sessions.

Contrary to the other hybrid mops I tested and compared, the L10S Ultra doesn’t offer advanced debris removal on carpets. In addition it’s not as capable at scrubbing away stubborn stains as those found in the premium Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

In spite of the L10S Ultra’s many premium features, it requires regular care and maintenance. To prevent mildew or unpleasant smells, the base station, dustbag, and water tanks must be cleaned regularly, emptied, and dried. It is also important to keep in mind that the mop pads that are bought separately, must be replaced periodically too.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the funds. For those who are on a budget, I suggest considering a less basic model that allows you to save money while still enjoying hands-free cleaning at home. It’s worth noting that even it’s true that the L10S Ultra is the best robot vacuum and mop you can purchase however, its cost and maintenance costs will ultimately make it more of a desire than a need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you’re in search of a robot mop and vacuum that will remove dust and dirt on your hard floors while taking care of wet mess then take a look at the Eufy S1 Pro. This high-powered mop and robot vacuum combo comes with a strong suction force of 8,000 Pa, an impressively large battery capacity to power mopping and vacuuming and top-quality obstacle avoidance. It comes with a roller-mop that is self-cleaning which makes it stand out from models that require you to return to the base station to wash off the mop pad.

The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a major difference from the microfibre pads and spinning discs that other robots. The roller covers the entire length of the robot and it gets a constant supply of clean water that is filtered and ozonated from the dock. When it turns, the roller scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt, and any dry debris is removed by the side brushes, or swept into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro removes the mop water that is dirty into its base station where it is sucked in by the tank’s heater elements and emptied into a larger storage container. The tank that is onboard holds plenty of water, and can manage about a dozen mopping sessions before running dry.

Like many robotic vacuums and mop combos like the S1 Pro is ready to take it out from the box. The S1 Pro will need to be refilled with clean water. This can be accomplished in the cleaning dock. If you’d like to use your own cleaner you can include a cleaning solution to dock. If you choose this feature, however, you will need to buy the Eufy-branded cleaning solution which is more expensive than other robot brands allowing you to use your choice of cleaning solutions.

The S1 Pro performed well in the coverage and navigation efficiency tests, just like the majority of robots. It was fast to map a room and it easily navigated around furniture. It sat on carpets with larger piles several times during my tests. However, this could be improved by updating the software. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot vacuums best that provides lots of features at a reasonable cost.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock’s entry-level vacuum and mop, but it still has some impressive features. Its multifunction dock empties the robot’s dirtbag and refills its water tanks, washing and sanitizing the mop pads as it moves. The mopping system is able to sweep a large area before returning to its dock. The vacuum’s extreme suction is ideal for removing pet hair and Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum debris on carpets.

The app that runs the appliance is quite dense, with a wide variety of options to personalize the cleaning process. You can manually initiate an entire map and clean of everything that is mapped by the device or you can choose particular rooms, expandable zones, or even a routine that you’ve crafted. There are several mopping options which include SmartPlan — an algorithm that utilizes the mops’ sensors to find the most efficient way to clean your home while it maps the space.

Like all the Roborock models we’ve evaluated, the Qrevo does well in our tests. Its navigation system works well in locating rooms quickly and cleaning them in a well-organized manner. Its ‘Normal’ pathing setting is excellent at covering a space, with no major gaps or missing areas. Reactive Tech’s hazard avoidance function works well, but it’s not as advanced as color camera systems on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It is able to detect dangers like carpets that are thick, but it might not be able to detect smaller objects such as electrical wires or rug tassels.

This device has a major flaw: it does not have a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for those who vacuum frequently prior to using their robot. There’s a simple solution: the app has an option that allows you to “clean up”, at the end of every vacuuming session.
