Raamses constructions comes on the role of a main contractor for small to medium size projects and executes project consultancy services to coordinate specialized task for industrial projects for builders & promoters.We also carry out planning, design and development in architecture and structural consultancy. In the process of construction we strictly adhere the IS: code provisions prescribed to attain the design strength and life of serviceability for the purpose the structure is designed and constructed.

Renovation and rehabilitation of structures
We carry out renovation of old buildings in a proper engineering manner to gain additional life for serviceability and contemporary aesthetic look by face lifting. The structural repairs and strengthening of aged and damaged concrete structures as per the codal specifications and of high technical value. There is a main problem in many buildings in which the plinth level becomes in par with the road level and faces water inundation during rainy season. We carry out a renovation process in which the plinth of the building will be raised above one foot from road level taking advantage of the vertical room space available by raising the roof also in unavoidable circumstances. We restore buildings which are in dilapidated conditions and put back in to service. A similar work of one we have carried out Vijaya hospitals, Chennai which is functioning as a nursing school now. We carry out highly challenged water proofing works in old buildings, roof slabs, basement floors , industrial roofings,liquid retaining structures. We execute the same for proposed buildings also.

Foundation for huge tanks and equipments- steel supports for electrical works and pipes –gantry girders etc..
- Interior Design & Execution : we carry out general layout and detailed design for interior and furnishing for residential and commercial spaces of all sizes.
